This is a personal one, …..finally finished New Year’s Day.

So……….
When birds hit the window and are stunned, sore and confused,……..frightened and disorientated, it’s perfectly appropriate to pick them up and, ever so gently, hold them in our hands a while, till they….calm down, recover, get their bearings……and eventually fly off again.
And sometimes…… people are like Birdy too.
During chaos or illness, trauma or tragedy, we just need to be gently held a while, until we find our wings and fly off too.
I should know.
It worked for me.
This is my tribute….and massive thanks…….. always and everyday….. to those who held me gently, ( as well….. those who held me fiercely), during two big fat illnesses. I will not forget ever….your gentle care and love.
Ps. My wings grew back and I’m soaring again……
